"Do not participate in the Southern Intertie unless a truly independent third party unbiased review of the project shows it to clearly have a positive public benefit over costs. The state grant is not free! It comes from taxpayers pockets. All evidence shows that the project does not have positive public benefits therefore please work to have the legislature reappropriate the $70 million to reduce utility, school, and-or municipal debt in the amount of $525 per Southcentral household."
